The EPP has prepared the following contracts to be concluded with economic operators:
- A contract with manufactures, importers and owners of trade marks (The contract for organising the collecting and recovery of packaging and packaging waste)
- A contract with retailers (The contract for transfer of packaging and services related to it)
- A contract for transport service (The packaging transport contract)
- A contract with handlers for the recovery of packaging (The contract for sales and recovery of packaging)
Standard contracts are concluded with all manufacturers, importers, owners of trade marks and retailers who wish to join the EPP system and the uniform price list is applied according to the contract. Administration fees and handling fees are based on actual costs.
